Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the outside with your RMA number.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our returns center; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
